About the Fosterhub.ca website:
The idea for Fosterhub.ca originated from foster parent support workers who identified a need for a central information hub that foster parents and other professionals could access 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
The agencies contracted by MCFD to provide support services inlcude: Family Services of Greater Vancouver, Hollyburn Family Services, Connexus Children and Family Services and Vancouver Coastal Healths Foundations Program.
VACFSS support services are provided by the Federation of Aboriginal Foster Parents Association and Hollyburn Family Services.

There are many different services, events, training opportunities, and support groups available to caregivers that keeping tabs on all of it can be challenging! With Fosterhub.ca you can easily access the information when YOU need it. There is an events calender where you can access all upcoming events in one location, as well as a notice board with current, relevent information that might be of interest to you. You can also post information on the noctie board. Throughout the site you will find information on respite/relief, training & education, as well as links to other relevant sites, recipes and much more.
