The Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) foster parents, extended family providers, and restricted foster parents within the Vancouver Coastal Region (Richmond, Vancouver & North Shore) and all Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services (VACFSS) caregivers have access to no-cost, confidential, professional support services.
